TEAM
About
Founded in 1992, TdB Architects operates from our studio in Barcelona. With extensive experience in the fields of architecture, construction and urban design, the studio´s design philosophy reflects careful attention to detail and quality, creating human-centered Mediterranean architecture.
The work of TdB Architects has received numerous awards and prestigious nominations (Mies Award, FAD Awars, NAN Awards, among others). With many of the works being widely published in the reference media.
What we do
Under the leadership of five senior partners: Juan Trias de Bes, Pilar de Alós, Marta Pascual, Fernando Herrero and Juan Núñez. The work of TdB Architects is deployed across four main fields: commercial & corporate, residential, restoration, and urban design & development.
Philosophy
Rooted in the belief that architecture serves society, we believe in promoting values that foster both community and identity. Our work is dedicated to creating spaces that embody the unique identity of companies and organizations, support sustainable urban and regional development, enhance environmental quality, and prioritize energy resource management. We aim at prioritizing the health and well-being of users while designing buildings that endure gracefully over time. Ultimately, our approach is driven by the conviction that the creation of space must be the result of the seamless convergence between architecture and humanism, shaping environments that resonate with people and places.
